Sit back and enjoy a seven course tasting menu created by Chef Ross Stovold. Our tasting menu is the ideal way to open up your tastebuds to exciting new dishes and flavours you may not normally try.
Enjoy Torridon reared and grown, Scottish produce ethically produced. Smoked, preserved and cooked over fire. Paired with Scottish beer, gin, whisky and homemade juices.
Thursday 27th - September – 7pm
Provided by Persie Distillery’s Founder Simon Fairclough, who will encourage you to follow your nose and use the scents of the gin to immerse yourself in the experience. The tasting will consist of three Persie gins and our very own Arcturus gin.
The Persie Gin family consists of three award-winning gins, hand-crafted in a small stables-turned-distillery in Glenshee, Highland Scotland. Arcturus blends local botanicals with pure Scottish loch water to produce an aromatic, crisp, clean gin with a dry finish.
Friday 28th September – 7pm
With over 365 whisky’s to try at the Torridon, it can be hard to know which one to choose. A whisky tasting is the perfect way to enjoy exploring whisky with Torridon’s Piotr who will guide you with his experience gained from his time with the Scottish Whisky Society in Edinburgh, the biggest whisky club in the world.
